You can buy Public Transport ticket via SMS by sending a SMS with written "ATM" to the number 48444. You will receive a SMS with your public transport ticket already activated. The ticket it will last for 90 minutes (on all the public transport on the surface) and for 1 ride on the undeground.
Thanks! How do I actually use the ticket though? Do they SMS back a QR code or something that I have to scan at the metro station?
