How to make yourself comfortable on a long haul (8+ hours) flight in economy class

1. Get an aisle seat
2. Try to be one of the first ones on the plane
3. Change your clothes before take off

Bring...

• a pair of slippers
• toiletry kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, lotion, deodorant, mini face wash, nail clipper, q-tips)
• Eye mask
• Mini Duvet
• Back &/or neck pillow
• Water bottle
• Phone charger
• Head phones
• Ear plugs
• Change of clothes, something loose like pajamas or sweatpants & shirt
• Pen
• Notebook

Have all these things in another bag, alongside your other carry on, so that way its easier to unpack right after you get to your seat.
